Forehead Line Treatment in Vancouver
Consultation-first treatment for forehead lines at our Fairview Skin Lab. We look at the area and talk through your options before anything is decided.
Book a ConsultationForehead lines are the horizontal wrinkles that show up across the forehead. They come from a lifetime of raising your brows, and there's nothing wrong with them. Plenty of people never give them a second thought.
If they've started to bother you though, that's reason enough to ask about them. The conversation is where we start. Before any product, before any decision, you sit down with a licensed injector and walk through the area, what you're hoping for, and whether treatment is the right call for you at all.
We're in Fairview, a block from Kitsilano.

One rule shapes everything we do: you should still look like you.
Softening a line is not the same as erasing every trace of expression. The forehead is one of the most expressive parts of the face, and a good result keeps that movement rather than flattening it.
It's the reason the consultation comes first, the reason we start measured, and the reason we'd rather you do less than too much. Subtle isn't a compromise here. It's the whole point.
About Forehead Line Treatment in Vancouver
Forehead lines are one of the more common things people ask us about. They're also one we talk through carefully before anyone books, because plenty of our consultations end with a suggestion to start smaller, wait, or skip it for now. The consultation matters more than the appointment.
Forehead lines don't all read the same. Some show up only when you lift your brows and ease off when your face relaxes. Others start to hold even at rest. There's also the way the forehead and the brows work together, so a plan for one is never made in isolation. At a consultation a licensed injector looks at how high the lines sit, how the brow carries, and how your forehead behaves across a range of expressions before anything is discussed.
When treatment is the right tool for the forehead area, the options discussed may include a neuromodulator. At FaceCrime the neuromodulators we work with are Botox, Dysport, and Nuceiva. They are named here so you know what's available, not because one is right for everyone. Which option, if any, suits you is decided in person with a licensed injector, after your medical history and your goals have been talked through openly.
The appointment itself is short, usually 15 to 30 minutes. Most people find any discomfort minimal, and there's little to no downtime for most. You can stop or pause at any point.
Other Approaches We May Discuss
Neuromodulators are one option among several. Depending on what your assessment shows, other approaches available at FaceCrime may also be discussed. Which of these, if any, suits you is decided in person with a licensed practitioner.

What to Expect at FaceCrime
The forehead is a large, mobile area, and it sits right next to the brows, so small choices here show up across the whole upper face. That's why we plan it carefully rather than to a fixed formula. FaceCrime is a small, personalized Skin Lab in Fairview, built around the idea that aesthetics work best when they're considered and connected to your broader health. We don't say that to sound good. It's how the place actually runs.
- Treatments performed by licensed injectors in a regulated medical environment
- The forehead read alongside the brows, across a range of expressions
- Options talked through openly during your appointment, with no push to proceed
- A calm, judgment-free clinic in Vancouver
- A naturopathic team in the same building, since skin and internal health are connected
Skin reflects what's happening inside. For some of our clients, that's where the real conversation starts. If you're curious about how internal physiology and aesthetics connect, take a look at our naturopathic aesthetics write-up, or bring it up at your consultation.

The Process
Consultation
We sit down first. Medical history, what you're hoping for, and how your forehead and brows move when you raise them and when you relax. If treatment isn't the right call for you right now, we say so.
Planning
If it is the right call, we look at how the lines sit and how the brow carries, then walk through options and what's realistic for an area this expressive. Nothing happens until the plan makes sense to you.
Treatment
The appointment is short, usually 15 to 30 minutes. A very fine needle is used across the forehead, and you're awake, aware, and can stop at any point.
Aftercare
Simple written aftercare to take home. Because the full effect settles over about two weeks, and the forehead is a broad area, we suggest waiting the full two weeks before judging the result.
Other Areas People Ask About
The forehead often comes up alongside other areas. These are the ones we get asked about most in Vancouver, all part of the same consultation-first conversation.

Forehead Line FAQs
What causes forehead lines?
They come from everyday expression, mainly raising the brows, combined with time and natural changes to skin. They're a normal part of how a face moves. At a consultation we assess them individually.
What are the options for forehead lines?
Options are discussed with a licensed injector at your consultation and depend on your features and goals. Some people explore a neuromodulator such as Botox, Dysport, or Nuceiva; others look at skincare or other approaches. Which option, if any, suits you is decided together.
Will my forehead look frozen?
Our approach keeps results subtle and grounded in how your face moves. What's realistic for you is planned around your features, and we'll be honest about what to expect before anything is decided.
Is there any downtime?
For most people there's little to no downtime, though this varies. Some minor bruising at the injection sites is possible. Your injector talks you through what to expect for your specific plan.
How much does treatment cost?
Pricing depends on the plan agreed at your consultation, since it varies by the approach and the amount used. You'll know the full cost before anything is booked. See our Botox cost page.
How do I book a consultation?
Book online or call us at (604) 676-1808. We're at 1765 W 8th Ave, Unit 105 in Fairview, a block from Kitsilano. The first conversation is the most important one. We'd be glad to have it with you.
Come Talk to Us
The consultation is the place to ask anything. Bring your questions, your hesitations, the things you've read online and aren't sure about. The conversation is where we figure out whether treatment is right for you, and whether we're the right clinic to do it.
