Booking & Appointments

Booking

Appointments may be booked through our Jane App booking system at facecrimeskinlabs.janeapp.com. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, where disclosed at the time of booking or in our booking policies.

Medical Suitability

All treatments are subject to a clinical assessment during your consultation. FaceCrime Skin Labs reserves the right to decline or modify any treatment based on clinical judgment and patient safety. Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a specific treatment will be performed.
