Fast facts

A note for editors

FaceCrime Skin Labs is a regulated health clinic in British Columbia. Its advertising and any coverage published on its behalf fall under the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC and Health Canada's Food and Drug Regulations. That shapes what we are able to say publicly, and it is worth knowing before you write.

Prescription products such as Botox, Dysport, Nuceiva and Sculptra can be named, along with price and quantity. They cannot be described in relation to any condition, effect or outcome. IV nutrient therapy and PRP cannot be described in relation to conditions or benefits.

Please also avoid the words specialist, expert and leading, and comparisons with other clinics, since regulated practitioners are not permitted to make those claims.

None of this limits the story. The philosophy, the practice and the founder's own account are all open ground. We are glad to review any copy that references the clinic before publication, and to flag anything that would create a problem for you or for us.
